TRUST Mocha Icing
A great topping made with TRUST Premium Icing Sugar to add a mocha finish to any cake or cookie. This recipe makes about
1 cup. 2 cups TRUST Premium Icing Sugar 4 tablespoons softened butter 3-4 tablespoons prepared coffee 1 teaspoon vanilla
In a medium bowl, beat together the TRUST Premium Icing Sugar and butter. Add the coffee and vanilla and beat until smooth. Correct the consistency by adding more TRUST Premium Icing Sugar or coffee. Spread over your cake and allow it to set.
