Colour Test: Drop two or three teaspoons of Trust table sugar in a tumbler full of water. Stir, so that the sugar dissolves completely. Now observe the solution. Since it remains colourless, it proves that Trust contains no impurities and is 100 per cent pure.
Ageing Test: Store Trust table sugar in an airtight container. Even after 18 months the sugar retains its sparking white colour. (Ordinary sugar turns yellow with age.)
