Project 1 : Brijnathpur Sugar Division (BSD )

Simbhaoli Sugars is setting up a green field sugar unit of 4,000 TCD (expandable to 5,000 TCD) and a co-generation power plant at Brijnathpur in district Ghaziabad, a location which is contiguous to the company’s existing Simbhaoli unit, providing synergies in operations. There is plenty of sugarcane available in the cane command area of around 25 km. The plant will be the state of art and produce refined sugar of various grades. |

Project 2: Capacity expansion of the Chilwaria Sugar Division (CSD)

CSD began production in 1996 as a 2,500 TCD plant and subsequently expanded to 6,600 TCD. |

Project 3: Setting up of the co-generation facility at the Simbhaoli Sugar Division (SSD) |

The expansion of the co-generation facility to 19 MW/hr of exportable surplus power per day at SSD is in line with the Company’s overall de-risking growth model. The total surplus power generated at SSD after this expansion will be available for approx 240 days in a year.
The project being setup is viable taking into account the resultant CDM benefits |

Project 4 : Setting up of the co-generation facility at the Chilwaria Sugar Division (CSD)

The co- generation project will have an annual capacity to export a surplus of 20 MW/hr during the season and 10 MW/hr during the off-season for approx. 240 days in a year. The Co-generation plant will be selling power to State utility through a dedicated transmission line.
The project being setup is viable taking into account the resultant CDM benefits

Project 5: Chilwaria Ethanol Division (CED) |

Simbhaoli Sugars has set up a molasses based ethanol manufacturing plant with an installed capacity of 60 KLD within its Chilwaria sugar complex. The project has commenced operation in October 2006. |

Project 6: Brijnathpur Ethanol Division (BED)

Simbhaoli Sugars plans to convert its sugar plant at Brijnathpur into a sugar complex and is setting up a molasses based ethanol manufacturing plant with an installed capacity of 60 KLD within the sugar complex. The state of art ethanol plant is supplied by Alfa laval. In addition to ethanol, the plant will be producing approx 10,000 MT of Bio manure p.a. |
