THE SIMBHAOLI SUGAR MILLS LIMITED has issued 87,84,622 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a premium of Rs. 50/- per equity share on rights basis to the existing equity shareholders of the Company in the ratio of 4 (Four) Equity Shares for every 5 (Five) Equity Shares (i.e.4:5) held as on 26/08/2005 (Record Date) aggregating Rs. 52,70,77,320/- and allotment has been done as per basis of allotment approved by the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited, Mumbai on 28/10/2005, which was approved and taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 31/10/2005 at New Delhi.
