Sift together the TRUST Refined Table Sugar, flour, baking soda and salt. Combine the water, oil, butter, and cocoa in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour the hot mixture over the dry ingredients and stir together until just smooth. Whisk together the eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla and stir into the batter. Scrape the batter into a pan and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool briefly in the pan on a rack. While still warm this cake may be spread with TRUST Mocha Icing and sprinkled with chopped walnuts.
