Moist Chocolate Fudge Cake

Ingredients

All-purpose flour
Oil
Trust Icing Sugar
Yogurt
Water

How to make the recipe

Preheat oven at 170 C / 340 F.
Grease and line one 8 inch round baking pan.
Sift dry ingredients - In a bowl combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Combine wet ingredients - In a bowl, combine yogurt, oil, vanilla and Trust Icing sugar. Stir until the sugar is almost dissolved.
Combine wet to dry ingredients - The mixture will be stiff at first.
Then, add the hot water - use a whisk to combine it well.

Bake

Pour into greased baking pans.
Bake on the center rack for 30 to 35 mins until the skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool on a baking rack until completely cold before decorating or frosting.
